What exactly is Cadevia?

One app for everything an athlete with an Apple Watch does: set up your watch screens sport by sport, run your workout, understand your recovery, your sleep and your nutrition — and, optionally, a coach that composes real training plans.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. Your iPhone records your workouts too (GPS, Bluetooth sensors, a dedicated workout screen), and the whole health cockpit works with Apple Health measurements. But the app is built to shine with a watch on your wrist.

Is the Cadevia Coach a real AI?

Yes, and it's kept in check: a training knowledge base and a safety engine lay out the skeleton of your plan (days, durations, bounded progression), then the AI composes each workout from what you've actually done. Your numbers — zones, paces, budgets — are calculated from your profile, never improvised by the model.

Where does my health data go?

Your measurements (heart rate, sleep, energy…) stay on your iPhone. Two features go through our servers, with your explicit consent: meal scanning and conversations with the coach. Nothing is ever sold, to anyone.

Can I send my workouts to Strava?

Yes. When you finish a workout recorded with Cadevia, you send it to Strava in one tap. Cadevia doesn't read anything from Strava. Workouts done elsewhere (Apple Watch, bike computer, another app) come in through Apple Health.

Which sports are supported?

Cadevia covers more than 70 sports, from running to skiing by way of trail running, cycling, swimming and strength training (872 illustrated exercises). Every sport has its own screens, its own map and its own settings.

Do the maps work without a signal?

The base map covers the whole world and is served from our own tiles. On the watch, you download your areas ahead of time so you can head out with no signal. Outside a downloaded area, the map stays honest: it shows what it has, never a broken screen.

How much does it cost?

Two plans: Cadevia at €9.99/month or €89.99/year, and Cadevia + Coach at €14.99/month or €134.99/year. The 7-day trial gives you access to everything.

Does the free trial lock me in?

No. 7 days, all inclusive; you can cancel before the end without being charged. The subscription goes through the App Store and is managed by Apple.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes, in two taps from your App Store account settings — like any Apple subscription. No traps, no retention tricks.

When does the app come out?

It's in active development. Sign up for the waitlist: you'll be notified at launch, and you can ask to join the beta to try it before everyone else.

Does Cadevia replace medical advice?

No. Cadevia reads your measurements and helps you train and understand your numbers; it is not a medical device, a diagnosis, or medical advice. If you have any concern about your health, talk to a professional.
